1. About Firewood Egypt

Firewood Egypt is an Egyptian streetwear and casual menswear brand operating through its online store and physical retail locations in Egypt. References to "Firewood," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to Firewood Egypt. References to "you" or "customer" refer to any individual who accesses our website or places an order with us.

2. Acceptance of terms

By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our platforms following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Products & availability

All products listed on our website and social media channels are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our product listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that items will always be in stock. Firewood Egypt reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product descriptions, or modify product images at any time and without prior notice.

Product colors and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to photography conditions, lighting, and individual device display settings. We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations are not considered a defect or grounds for return.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Firewood Egypt reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund. We will notify you if this occurs.

5. Order confirmation & processing

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. Firewood Egypt reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or violations of these terms. A confirmed order is one for which you have received an official order confirmation message from us.

Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Egyptian public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Egypt only. Shipping fees and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Free shipping is available on orders above 1,500 EGP. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Firewood Egypt is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & exchanges

Our returns and exchanges process is governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions. All pickup and re-shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns that do not meet our stated conditions will not be accepted. Firewood Egypt reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request at its discretion.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In cases where cancellation is not possible, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable fees.

9. Intellectual property

All content associated with Firewood Egypt — including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product designs, imagery, written content, and creative assets appearing on our website and social media channels — is the exclusive intellectual property of Firewood Egypt. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial or personal purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. User conduct

By using our platforms, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to our services or other customers. This includes but is not limited to: providing false or fraudulent information at checkout, attempting to manipulate pricing or promotions, submitting illegitimate return or dispute claims, or using our platforms for any purpose other than legitimate personal purchases. Firewood Egypt reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse service to any customer who violates these conditions, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firewood Egypt's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a purchase or use of our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damage resulting from courier delays, lost packages, product misuse, or errors in product descriptions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
