Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All pickup and re-shipping fees associated with the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all original tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase when submitting your request.

To start a return, please contact us through our official channels within the 14-day window. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request and receiving confirmation will not be accepted and cannot be processed.

How the return process works

  • 01Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and the reason for your return request.
  • 02Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  • 03You will be informed of the pickup fee amount for your location. Once you confirm and pay the pickup fee, we will schedule a courier to collect the item from your address.
  • 04The item will be collected by the courier and returned to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before pickup.
  • 05Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. We will notify you of the result within 2 business days.
  • 06If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We do not accept in-store drop-offs or self-arranged deliveries for returns. All returns must be collected by our designated courier. Items that arrive through unauthorized channels will not be processed.

Return fees — what you pay

Unlike many brands, we believe in being upfront about costs. When you request a return or exchange, the following fees apply and are entirely the responsibility of the customer:

The pickup fee covers the cost of our courier collecting the item from your door. The re-shipping fee applies when an exchange is requested and covers the cost of sending the replacement item to you. Both fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated to you before you are committed to proceeding.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately — within 48 hours of delivery — so we can assess the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the issue in your message. In cases of our error, we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability. To ensure you get what you need as quickly as possible, please contact us at the time of submitting your exchange request to confirm whether the desired item is available. Exchanges follow the same pickup process as returns. Once the original item has been collected and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement. Re-shipping fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item you want in exchange is not available, we will offer you a store credit or a refund for the returned item's value.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

Sale & discounted itemsFinal sale pieces, Undergarments, Accessories (hygiene reasons),  Gift cards, Items showing signs of wear or washingItems without original tags, Altered or customized items

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us directly, and we will investigate on your behalf.

Please note that the original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. Refunds cover the item value only.

Store credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase across our full catalogue. If you would prefer store credit over a refund, simply let us know when submitting your return request.
