Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above 1,500 EGP. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard courier fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where we ship

Firewood Egypt currently ships to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of Egypt and would like to place an order, please reach out to us directly through our official channels to discuss available options.

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are determined by your delivery location and are calculated automatically at checkout. The following applies:

Orders of 1,500 EGP or above: Free shipping
Orders below 1,500 EGP: Courier fee at checkout
Remote or hard-to-reach governorates. An additional courier surcharge may apply

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been handed over to our courier partner for dispatch.

Processing & dispatch

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment confirmation, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Egyptian public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will begin processing on the following Sunday. During peak periods such as sales events, new drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays through our official channels.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Cairo, Giza & Greater Cairo1–3 business days
Alexandria & Delta governorates2–4 business days
Upper Egypt & other governorates3–6 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, courier capacity, or events outside of our control. Firewood Egypt is not liable for delays caused by our courier partners once a package has been dispatched.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the phone number or email address you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your package directly through the courier's platform. If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Firewood Egypt is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery once. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Firewood Egypt is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur after a package has been handed to our courier partner. However, we will always do our best to support you through any issues that arise.
